  • The apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy as of 1 July 2025.

  • The apartments are "ready to move in", i.e. with kitchen, bathroom, basic lighting, heating, cooling, water, WiFi, washing machine / tumble dryer, (depending on the apartment) fitted wardrobes, (depending on the apartment) a folding table, etc. The apartment is otherwise rented unfurnished, the furniture in the pictures is for visualization purposes only.
